A federal law that requires manufacturers and sellers that offer written warranties with their consumer products to provide customers with complete information about the warranties being given.

OFAC COMPLIANCE

OFAC is an Agency that administers and enforces economic sanctions against hostile targets to advance US foreign policy and national security objectives. The OFAC prohibition applies to all business transactions within the dealership, including new and used car sales, car parts sales, sales of services, and car rentals.

RED FLAG RULES COMPLIANCE

The rule requires auto dealers who engage in financing activities to establish an Identity Theft Program that is designed to detect, prevent, and mitigate identity theft.

RISK BASED PRICING NOTICE

A federal law that requires the original creditor to give all consumers a credit score notice who apply for credit.
